2. THE CONTRACT

Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send a confirmation email to you. At this point, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Nicopolitan.

Order Rejection: If we are unable to accept your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions), we will notify you and you will not be charged.

Order Identification: Each order is assigned a unique Order Number. Please reference this number for all inquiries.
3. PRODUCTS & PACKAGING

Illustrative Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our jewelry accurately. However, as digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the product received will perfectly match the color on your screen.

Packaging: To ensure a premium experience, our packaging may be updated or changed periodically. The packaging you receive may differ from images shown on the website.
4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Your Right to Change: If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will inform you if the change is possible and how it affects price and timing (subject to our 4-hour modification window).

Our Right to Change: We may make minor adjustments to products to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements. For significant changes, we will notify you, and you will have the right to end the contract and receive a refund for products not yet received.
5. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

Costs: Shipping costs are displayed clearly at the time of checkout.

Delays: Nicopolitan is not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control (e.g., carrier strikes, weather). If a substantial delay is expected, you may contact us to end the contract.

Delivery Failure: If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave instructions for re-delivery or pickup. If you do not rearrange delivery, we may charge for storage or additional shipping costs.

Late Delivery Rights: You have specific legal rights regarding late delivery. If we miss an essential delivery deadline, you may treat the contract as ended and receive a refund for the affected goods.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Right to Change Your Mind: Under the cooling-off period, you have 14 days from the receipt of goods to change your mind, provided the jewelry has not been used or altered.

Exclusions: For hygiene and security reasons, earrings or body jewelry that have been unsealed or worn are non-returnable. Custom-engraved or personalized pieces are also excluded from standard returns.
7. PRICE & PAYMENT

Pricing Policy: We strive for total accuracy; however, if an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any sums paid.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout before any items are handcrafted or dispatched.
