1. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, it undergoes a professional inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.

2. Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, the following criteria must be met:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our products, refunds are not available in the following scenarios:

  • Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount or from the clearance section are Final Sale.

  • Customer Errors: Refunds are not granted for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer or incorrect spelling provided for personalized engravings.

  • Display Variations: Minor color or brilliance variations caused by screen settings are not considered defects.

  • Wear and Tear: Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will be ineligible and returned to the customer upon request.


4. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we offer the following:

If you have not received your refund after the 14-day initiation period:
