1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day window for you to evaluate your purchase and decide if it’s the right fit for your collection.

Condition Details
Eligibility Period 30 days from the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Requirement The item must be postmarked within this 30-day window.
Final Sale Returns for exchange or credit are not accepted after 30 days.

2. Item Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned in their original, showroom condition:

Requirement Description
Condition Must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
Packaging Must include all original jewelry boxes, pouches, and protective materials.
Tags & Labels Security tags or labels must remain attached exactly as received.
Proof of Purchase A receipt or order confirmation email is required.

Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.


3. Our Quality Commitment

If your jewelry arrives with a defect or we made a mistake, we will prioritize an immediate replacement at no cost to you.

Issues We Resolve Examples
Manufacturing Defects Stone fallout, broken clasps, or structural metal flaws.
Incorrect Delivery Receiving the wrong style, metal type, or size than what was ordered.
Engraving Errors Misspelled custom text that differs from your order instructions.

How to report: Email support@nicopolitan.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

  • Customized Pieces: Any jewelry with personalized engravings or custom-made designs.

  • Customer Errors: Incorrect ring size or metal choice selected during checkout.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.


5. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Start the Process: Email support@nicopolitan.com with your order number and let us know which item you would like to receive in exchange.

  2. Authorization: Our team will send you the return instructions and the authorized return address.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the jewelry securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item (3–5 business days), we will ship your new selection or issue a Store Credit via email.


6. Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: If you aren't ready to choose a new piece immediately, we will issue store credit via an electronic gift card, which never expires.

  • Price Differences: If your new exchange item costs more than the original, you will be sent an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
