1. Order Processing Time

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and secure packaging process to ensure your jewelry arrives in pristine condition.

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be processed starting the following business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carriers, the estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or due to extreme weather, transit times may be extended. We recommend placing gift orders 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival.

3. Customized & Bulk Orders

  • Personalized Jewelry: For items featuring custom engravings, names, or unique artwork, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for our artisans to perfect your design.

  • Bulk Orders (50+ units): Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on inventory and production capacity.

4. Shipping Rates & Carriers

To maintain simplicity and transparency, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee:

  • Domestic Shipping Fee: $6.99 USD (flat rate).

  • Our Carriers: We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide the fastest and most secure route available for your specific location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Stay updated on your jewelry's journey:

  • You will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS once your package ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to current logistical constraints, we do not ship to the following:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa).

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
