It's the end of June and Summer is about to hit its stride. The June Gloom I had in the previous post is starting to burn off. To be honest, life is still a mess of looming clouds, but it's starting to show signs of light.

One can't be an Eeyore before too long.

Today is Social Media day1, and while I'm a fan of social media in certain respects (I still think Facebook is too damn noisy), I am still in the throes of what appears to be a hermit period. I'm still working up the guts and the work ethic required to be social again.

    I've been very hermit-y myself these days.  I've turned into a real homebody, for real in real life, interacting only with my husband and mother-in-law (whom we live with).  I mostly ignore my Twitter, don't blog, and only use Facebook for Frontierville.

    I am a loser.

    I've been a hermit for the last week or so, save for a few client meetings ha. I'm hoping that by the end of the holiday weekend (which I'm mostly working through), projects will be wrapped up and new ones can begin :)

    Yup. I feel ya. I started a new job three weeks ago and I just haven't had the energy to actually talk to people about anything other than work.
